All of this is housed in a cardboard 8x10 book with a bonus fold-out poster of Elvis in concert wearing the beautiful Blue Nail Suit. A bonus 1968 photo plus the lyrics to all the songs on the EP. This collectors dream promotional-only package is in mint uncirculated condition.
