Tickle Me, which was released in South Africa at the time of the movie's release, was the only country to issue Tickle Me as an LP. What we are offering here is so rare that this is the only copy known to exist. The cover features a sticker identifying the record as having been made in southern Rhodesia. Stamped in the trail-off wax of the vinyl is "Made In S. Rhodesia". Rhodesia is now known as Zimbabwe. This impossibly rare LP is a radio station copy and is autographed on the bottom back cover by the disc jockey with radio station ID. The extremely heavy vinyl retains the shine and beauty of a new record and is in mint minus condition. A few light paper scuffs. The black labels feature RCA Victor in silver with the famous lightning bolt logo. The labels are beautiful with a few spindle marks. The highly laminated cover is beautiful with great corners, spine and seams. A small tear about half way down the right side of the front cover in the film strip area, other than that strong VG+++ near mint. |
