An 18 CD version of this boxset caused a frenzy amongst Elvis fans when the set was issued in the UK. Their strategy of releasing one CD single every week caused long lines of Elvis fans to wait for their favorite music store's opening in order to obtain a copy of the latest single which was next to impossible as the demand far exceeded the supply. The US version comes in a gorgeous red collectors box. Each of these boxes are individually numbered and are a limited edition. RCA America has decided to release all 21 of Elvis' #1 US hits on 20 individual CD singles along with the collectors dream box at the same time. Each CD single is individually packaged in a dramatic hard cardboard mini 5" original RCA Elvis picture cover . BMG has gone the extra mile in producing this set.
