  LP: M/M- - Original RCA Victor silver top - Long 33 1/3 play - B.D.O.T. This is not just another copy of this legendary LP. It is, in fact, the original and very first pressing. To begin with the cover is practically brand new. Rich vibrant color both front and back, perfect spine, seams and corners. The only thing stopping me from calling it brand new mint is a tiny drop of flaking near the 'F' in "Fans" on the front cover title. The record appears to have never been on a turntable, featuring perfect labels and shiny, like new vinyl. f this record was ever played it couldn't have been more than once. The cover itself not only features the famous images of Elvis in his suit of gold but has the RCA Victor Magic Millions along with Nipper in a gray box on the top right hand corner of the cover. Many top collectors have argued that this impossible, until now, to find first version of the cover ever existed outside of RCA's mockup and original publicity for this release. They are obviously wrong. The back cover shows Elvis in the famous raincoat portrait. This image fills the entire 12x12 frame. No white boxes containing RCA explanations of mono or stereo are present. Once again this separates this copy from all others ever offered. One final note; stamped in the dead wax area is the number "1" identifying this record as being a true first run that came off of the press during the initial pressing.

  LP: What a great album. The king dressed in gold on the cover of this classic original first pressing album. The cover features perfect seams and perfect spine. 3 corners are practically new, crisp and straight. Bottom right-hand corner, although not visible, as tiny, and I mean tiny, edge bump which can be felt with your finger but not seen. Gray Magic Millions with RCA Victor and Nipper box on top right corner of front cover as only original first pressings had. Back cover on a scale of 1-10 is a 9 3/4. Brilliant colors, not a hint of circle wear. One tiny, less than 1/16" rub is the only thing that stops this from being mint perfection. Tiny stick pin hole in corners. This cover is a keeper. The record, which of course is the black label with Nipper on top center with silver RCA Victor and Long 33 1/3 Play at bottom of label. Labels are clean, vinyl still has shine, has some scuffs but is still in very good condition.

Both front and back covers display beautifully showing little, if any, wear. Spine is still completely readable but has a bit, about 3/4", flaking on bottom left. A seam split, about 2" from top corner down to about second title on red sticker. Seams on calendar half are tight and clean with just a tiny corner bump. Inside with telegram and army photos is mint. Stick pin hole in corners. Original innersleeve, clean labels with light spindle mark, shiny vinyl that has been played but well taken care of complete this great offering.

In the film strip second box located below the film strip title box one can see Trouble Double as opposed to the normal layout which reads Special Bonus Photo, etc. No one is quite sure why this mega-rare first printing cover was ever produced. One thing is certain, very few made their way to the public. This is only the second copy I've ever had in almost 40 years. The record and labels are brand new, mint. The monster cover shows some light whitening on the top front and back (see photo). The seams and corners are still beautiful and any way you cut it there is not another copy being offered anywhere on the planet.

  LP: Original RCA Victor silver top - Long 33 1/3 play - B.D.O.T. This is the amazingly rare version of the back cover that was meant to feature ads for other RCA LP releases at the time. This is the error version where RCA has forgotten to put the ads and photos. The story on back cover is much bigger, wider, longer, etc. than those covers that were printed by RCA that just featured the story. In other words the story printed here is laid out so that the ads for the other LPs could surround it and obviously the blank white speck on this back cover is because somehow someone at the RCA plant never ran the back cover through the press a second time, making this a monster rarity. Also note that the original $3.98 price still remains on the bottom right-hand back cover. The spine is mint and the title and prefix is as clean and new as the day they printed it. All seams are perfect. Colors on front cover couldn't be any more brilliant. Tiny tack hole in corners. When held under a strong light you can see a tiny crease that was caused when they originally glued the slick on 51 years ago. This is virtually invisible. Back cover is clean, white with just a tiny age spot near bottom left corner. Labels are clean with only a hint of spindle wear. Vinyl is shiny with a few light scuffs when held up to the light. This extraordinarily rare offering is in true collectible condition.

  LP: VG+/VG+ - Here we have a beautiful copy of Elvis' second album. Originally released in 1956 it features an amazing bunch of classic songs. This is the stereo original black label dog on top with RCA Victor in white and Stereo in silver label.

This beautiful copy has a spectacular, almost new, cover. The front retains all the color and feel of new, the seams and spine are beautiful. The back cover has the classic Elvis story written by RCA and still retains its beautiful white background with only the slightest hint of aging. A small and insignificant bump in the bottom left-hand corner and some very light whitening on top seam from when this album was originally stored on a shelf is the only thing that stops me from calling this cover mint. It is beautiful and would please just about any Elvis collector.

The record is every bit as nice as the cover. The beautiful shiny black original RCA label has all the shine of new and doesn't appear to have ever been on a turntable. The vinyl is just another amazing example of beauty. Only a paper scuff prevents this record from being new.
